摘要
采用氢氧化钠溶液加热溶解粗二氧化锗形成锗酸钠后,用盐酸中和过量的碱,然后用氯酸钠在盐酸溶液中氧化砷以抑制砷的挥发,再用盐酸蒸馏法来回收粗二氧化锗中的锗,与直接盐酸蒸馏回收法相比,本工艺具有锗回收率高(≥99%),砷含量低,工艺简单,生产成本低,环境友好等特点.
Sodium hydroxide solution is heated to dissolve coarse germanium oxide in order to form sodium germanate,which is then neutralized with hydrochloric acid.The sodium chlorate is used in hydrochloric acid solution to oxidize arsenic in order to inhibit arsenic volatilization.Finally,hydrochloric acid distillation is adopted to recover germanium.Compared with direct hydrochloric acid distillation recovery method,this process has the advantages of high recovery rate of germanium(≥99%),low arsenic content,simple process,low production cost and environmental friendliness.
