摘要
针对蚌埠发电有限公司600 MW火电机组对冲燃烧锅炉NOx排放浓度过高的问题,进行了低氮燃烧的试验和改造。通过采用低氮燃烧技术,使NOx排放质量浓度达到了环保要求。改造后锅炉飞灰含碳量,过热器、再热器减温水量有所增大,通过锅炉热态燃烧调整和运行调整,各项参数指标得到了控制,锅炉效率基本保持原有水平。
In view of opposed firing boiler NOx discharge concentration is too high in Bengbu power plant 600 MW thermal power unit,the low NOx combustion retrofit.Through the use of low NOx combustion technology,the NOx emission concentration reaches the requirements of environmental protection.After the transformation of carbon in fly ash in boiler,superheater,reheater desuperheating water flow is increased,by boiler combustion adjustment and the operation adjustment,the parameters can be controlled,the boiler efficiency is essential to maintain the original level.
