摘要
高校辅导员应具备的素质与能力包括:思想政治素质、道德素质、文化素质、心理素质、教育引导能力、组织管理能力、服务学生能力、应对突发事件的能力、从事教学和研究的能力等。随着时代的发展,对辅导员在学习力、创造力、执行力、时间管理能力、情绪管理能力等方面也提出新标准和要求,新时期赋予辅导员职业素养新的内涵。
The abilities that a college instructor should have include ideological and political quality and ethic,cultural and psychological quality,educational guidance ability,management ability,the ability of severing for students,the ability of reacting to emergence immediately and the ability of teaching and researching.With the development of era,there are new standards and demands for college instructor in study,creation,execution,time and mood mangement which will become their new professional quality.
