摘要 在火电厂电气监控系统(ECS)实践应用中,存在与分散控制系统DCS监控通信受限、电气维护和管理功能不健全等问题,将ECS系统纳入DCS监控是目前电厂实现智能一体化监控的有效途径。通过全通信方式将ECS系统接入DCS监控中,利用集散控制结构,节点间的通信采用相互独立设置原则,通信结构成熟简单,完善ECS系统电气运行监控能力,提高电厂调控运行信息自动化水平,并节省大量工程投资,实现单元机组智能一体化协同控制,必将成为ECS控制系统发展的主流。 In order to solve the problems of limited communication with Distributed Control System (DCS) system, dysfunctional electrical maintenance and management when the thermoelectric power-plant Electrical Control System (ECS) practical application, think that now the effective way for thermoelectric power-plant to realize the intelligent integrated monitoring is connecting ECS into DCS. ECS system access into the DCS system through the full communication with the distributed control structure and each node point communicates independently, which can perfect and improve the ECS electric supervisory control level, can improve the of automatically control level of the thermoelectric power-plant operation information, and can save lots of engineering investment, and the units intelligent integrated cooperation control function can be realized, that will become the development mainstream of the ECS control system.
