摘要
以黄芩提取物作为植物型缓蚀剂,对钢在不同缓蚀剂浓度、反应时间、反应温度、盐酸浓度条件下的缓蚀效果进行单因素影响试验,通过正交试验,筛选出了最佳缓蚀条件,同时通过黄芩缓蚀剂的红外光谱分析了其作为缓蚀剂的有效组成成份.
With Radix Scutellaria extractive as plant inhibitor,one-factor experiments were made to study its inhibition effect on the corrosion of steel in HCl with different inhibitor and HCl concentrations and different reaction time and speed.The best condition of inhibition was determined through orthogonal tests and the effective composition of the extractive as inhibitor was analyzed by infrared spectra analysis.
