BDNF Va166Met多态性在抑郁障碍中的作用
摘要
近5年来,随着对抑郁障碍研究的深入,新的发现如海马神经发生异常机制的明确、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derivedneurotrophic factor,BDNF)在抑郁障碍中的保护作用,以及抑郁症患者脑功能连接异常等,均证实神经网络改变是抑郁发生的早期事件。
