摘要
目的:初步探讨并阐释枸杞子贮藏中"走油"的化学物质基础内涵。方法:采用透明聚乙烯塑料袋作为枸杞子的包装材料,于室温下贮藏,定期观察外观性状变化,并于贮藏0月,3月,6月,12月时取样,对各样品中枸杞多糖的含量进行测定。结果:枸杞子贮藏3月时开始"走油",且"走油"前后枸杞多糖含量差异较大,贮藏3月时多糖含量降低30%~50%,贮藏6月降低程度逐渐平缓,贮藏12月时4批样品中的3批枸杞子的枸杞多糖含量已低于药典规定值1.8%。结论:伴随枸杞子贮藏中"走油"现象的发生,枸杞多糖含量随之降低,提示枸杞多糖为枸杞子"走油"的化学物质基础。
Objective:To preliminarily discuss and interpret the chemical material base of Lycii Fructus' oil-spilling during the storage.Method:Using transparent polyethylene bag as the packing materials,Lycii Fructus was stored at room temperature.The change of the appearance and properties were regularly observed.And the sample was taken at 0 month,3 months,6 months,12 months,and the content of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides was determined.Result:Oil-spilling in Lycii Fructus was found at 3 months.And the contents of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides were different before and after oil-spilling.The contents of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides were decreased by 30% ~ 50% at 3 months.At 6 months,the decrease of the contents of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides became slighter.At 12 months,the contents of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides in 3/4 samples became less than 1.8% which was under the specification in pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The content of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides decreases with the phenomenon of oil-spilling occurs during the storage.It shows that Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides is the chemical material base of oil-spilling in Lycii Fructus.
