椎弓根钉内固定加椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折

摘要 目的:探讨椎弓根钉内固定加椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的疗效.方法:采用椎弓根钉内固定及伤椎椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折12例.结果:随访8~18个月,平均13个月,椎体高度、椎体后凸Cobb角与术前比较明显改善,无一例出现内固定失败.结论:椎弓根钉内固定加椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折能有效防止椎体高度丢失及进行性后凸畸形的出现.
