摘要
本文分析了煤矿风机变频调速系统的节能原理,并介绍了HIVERT高压变频器的构成及工作原理,提出了一种基于瓦斯和风量的风机变频调速系统的控制算法,最后给出了风机变频监控系统的整体设计。整套系统已运行于枣矿集团新安煤矿,并为煤矿的安全生产及经济运行起到了良好的推进作用。
This paper analyzed the principle of energy saving in coal mine variable frequency technology of blower variable-speed system,and introduced the construction and working principle of HIVERT high-voltage transducer.A control algorithm was proposed based on mashgas and airflow of variable frequency technology of blower variable-speed system,at last,overall design of the ventilator's frequency conversion and monitoring system was given.The system has been in operation in Zaozhuang Mining Industry Group Limited Company Xin An Coal-Mine,and helped greatly to coal mine safety production and economic operation.
