摘要
通过进行珠江口一个航次 7 个站位海水藻类增长能力 ( Algal Growth Potential, AGP ) 试验,同时补充了温度和光照对藻类生长影响的试验,探讨了珠江口水域富营养化的程度。试验结果表明,珠江口的主要营养限制因素是磷 (P),存在磷--氮双重限制;在试验设计的温度和光照中,中肋骨条藻的 AGP 值与温度、光照具有一定的相关关系,适合生长的温度是 25 ℃,光照度是 4 500 lx。
Seven stations are chosen in the Pearl River estuary to carry out the Algal Growth Potential experiment ( AGP for short ), which is supplemented with the experiment on effects of temperature and illumination on the algal growth. It is concluded that the main limit factor of nutrient salts in the Pearl River estuary is phosphorus (P) and that the dual limitation of phosphorus and nitrogen exists. The AGP value of skeletonema costatum is correlated to temperature and illumination, the temperature and the illumination suitable for algal growth are 25 ℃ and 4 500 lx, respectively.
