摘要
介绍了在离子液体[C6mim]PF6中,以HAuCl4为金源,以水合肼为还原剂,用溶胶-凝胶法一步合成复合纳米Au/SiO2催化剂,并考察了离子液体用量在制备催化剂的过程中的作用。利用XRD、TEM、N2吸附等表征手段对合成的产物进行表征。表征结果显示,SiO2负载Au纳米粒子呈现球形外观,尺寸均匀,分散度良好,而其中Au纳米粒子的粒径在2~3nm。在对甲烷催化氧化的反应中,以复合纳米Au/SiO2作为催化剂,甲烷的转化率最高可以达到24.9%。
Nanocomposite Au/SiO2 catalyst was synthetized by one-step sol-gel method in the ionic liquid [C6mim] PF6 with HAuCl4 as the gold source and hydrazine hydrate as the reducing agent. Synthetic products were characterized by means of XRD,T EM, N2 adsorption and other representation methods.The characterization results showed that Au nanoparticles which loaded SiO 2 had spherical appearance, uniform size and good dispersion, of which the diameter of Au nanoparticles was about 2-3nm.In the reaction of methane oxidation, when made composite nano Au/SiO2 as catalyst, the highest methane conversion rate reached 24.9%.
