摘要
介绍了基于GPRS的数据采集与监控的自动控制换热站,智能远程终端实时地对现场参数进行监测和记录,通过GPRS无线通讯方式将数据上传至Internet公网,使换热站与调度中心建立起有效的数据传输通道,实现对供热管网的远程控制;采用人机界面作为人机交互工具,工作人员可以直观快捷地了解到现场情况和历史情况,并根据需要随时打印报表;由测量所得室外温度,对二次供水温度进行优化计算,以此为根据指挥控制系统调整目标值,精确控制二次供水温度,从而优化供热管网.研究结果表明,该控制系统精确度高、操作方便、节能环保,可全面的改善供热现状,大力提高供热效率.
A GPS-based data acquisition and control system was introduced for heat transfer station.The intelligent terminal monitors and records the field data in real time,and uploads the data to the internet,which establishes a data transmission channel between the heat transfer station and the control center in order to control the heat network remotely.Operators are able to figure out the current status and history through an Human Machine Interface,and type the report at any time they like.The system optimizes the temperature of secondary water according to the ambient temperature so as to set the control target and control the secondary water supply temperature.The research demonstrates that the system has the advantages of high accuracy,easy operation,energy saving and environment protection.It helps improve the heating efficiency and performance of heating system.
