摘要
川地多产井盐,其各地所存的全面记录和反映四川井盐生产经营过程的盐业契约档案的数量和内容都极其丰富。其中,自贡地区所存的井盐契约档案是其中的代表。而对于自贡井盐契约的研究,国内学者的研究大多数集中于契约当中所蕴含的井盐生产情况研究,盐商发家历史或者是少部分的对于井盐经营模式等内容的研究,对于自贡井盐契约所反映的井盐生产中对于土地利用的土地资本化现象鲜有研究。文章拟采用土地资本化相关理论模型对自贡井盐契约中的土地资本化现象进行研究,对自贡井盐契约档案这一宝库进行进一步发掘和探索。
The record of Zigong well salt contracts are important literatures in salt industry history and significant documents in salt production files.Studies at home mainly concentrate on the production situation of well salt as well as the prosperity history of salt businesspersons and the business model of well salt.However,studies on the land capitalization phenomena in well salt production reflected in Zigong well salt contracts are few.This article adopts the classical land capitalization pattern of Marxian political economy to research the land capitalization phenomenon reflected in Zigong well salt contracts,and hopes it can be helpful for current land capitalization reform in rural areas of China.
