摘要
随着我国高等教育的迅猛发展,高等学校的毕业生数量与日俱增,给我国的就业市场提出了严峻的考验。更多的用人单位在选聘人才时,从起初的重视高等教育的基本素质到后来更注重大学生"沟通能力"、"组织协调能力""团队协作能力"等。"就业软实力"成为用人单位关注的重心,也成为高校毕业生核心竞争力的集中体现。高校通过人才培养模式改革、加大大学思想道德教育、扩充大学生校园文化平台、提高大学创新创业实践教育水平等方式,全力引导大学生提升"软实力"水平,增强大学生就业竞争力,促进学生顺利求职、高质量就业。
With the rapid development of higher education in China, the number of high school graduates grow with each passing day, proposes the severe test to the employment market in china. More unit from the beginning of attention on higher education's basic quality to pay more attention to students "communication skills", "organization and coordination ability", "teamwork". "Employment soft power" has become the focus concerned by the unit in selecting talents, also become a concentrated expression of the core competitiveness of college graduates. Through the reform of talent cultivation mode, strengthen ideological and moral education of university, expand cultural platform of college campus, improve the university innovative education level, to guide students to enhance the "soft power"level, enhance the employability and competitiveness, promote students to apply for a job and high quality employment.
