摘要
新形势下,协同创新已成为提升高等教育质量和内涵,提升服务经济社会发展能力的必然选择。要走出参与主体单一、互动协作不强、协同机制不健全等困境,高校要解放思想,发挥纽带作用;政府要有所为,强化政策支持,完善区域协同机制;要创建柔性组织形式,打造利益共享机制;开拓利用好国内外两个市场、两种资源。
Under the new situation,collaborative innovation has become to enhance the quality and connotation of higher education,the inevitable choice to enhance service ability of economic and social development.To go out in single subject,interaction and cooperation is not strong,collaborative mechanism imperfect predicament,colleges should emancipate the mind,play the role of the government must be strengthened;policy support,improve the regional cooperation mechanism;to create a flexible form of organization,to create the benefit sharing mechanism;to develop two kinds of resource utilization of domestic and foreign markets.
