摘要
针对赋型天线反射面的测量和精度评价提出了一种有效的数据处理方法,其基本原理是利用双三次插值拟合算法,将理论离散数据和测量离散数据拟合成两个用函数展开式表示的曲面,通过两个曲面上对应点的轴向误差来评价赋型反射面的型面精度,并通过推导离散点的轴向误差和均方根误差公式,建立了赋型天线反射面最佳拟合匹配的判据。
An effective data processing method is developed to get the measurement and precision evaluation of Fu-antennas reflective surface.The basic principle of the method is that using a bicubic interpolation fitting method,the discrete data of measurement and the data of theory are fitted into two curved surfaces which can be expressed by function expansions.The precision of Fu-type antenna surface can be explained through the axial deviation of the corresponding points on the two curved surfaces.By inferring the formula of the axial deviation and RMS deviation,a best-fit matching criterion of the Fu-type antenna surface is established.
