摘要
为提高载人航天器的设计和管理效率,在分析传统设计管理模式局限性的基础上,系统地提出了载人航天器数字化设计管理模式,建立了协同设计平台,探索了基于三维模型的技术状态管理模式和三维模型的受控模式,形成了三维模型直接下厂的制造模式和装配模式。管路、电缆、直属件等产品的实际应用效果表明:载人航天器数字化设计管理模式可以有效地降低差错率,提高设计效率。
For the purpose of improving design and management efficiency,digital design and management mode of manned spacecraft was put forward systematically.Cooperative design platform was established,and then technical configuration management mode and controlling management mode based on 3-D model were explored.Consequently,the manufacturing and assemble mode based on 3-D design model were developed.The effect of the implication of pipeline,cable and parts show that digital design and management mode of manned spacecraft can reducing error rate and enhancing design efficiency.
