摘要
从数据库设计、火险等级预测、火灾损失评估、空间分析、信息提取等功能模块方面,分析了基于地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)和遥感(RS)技术的森林防火决策支持系统的结构和开发环境,系统采用组件式GIS技术,成功地实现了3S与林火损失评估模型、林火预测模型的无缝集成.文章还探索地把粗集理论应用在林火等级预测中.该系统具有数据管理、更新、互查询、显示、输出和模型分析等功能,为森林防火管理提供及时的、可靠的信息支持.
In this paper, we study the structure and development environment of the forest fireproofing decision support system integrated into GIS(Geographic Information System), GPS(Globle Positioning, System) and RS(Remote Sensing), including main function modules such as database design, forest fire forecast, forest fire loss evaluation, spatial analysis, and information obtaining, etc. This system, based on component GIS, has successfully realized a organic integration of GIS and forest fire loss evaluation model, and forest fire forecast model. The passage discusses the application of forest forecast on the basis of rough set theory. The system is developed for supplying timely and exact information to forest fireproofing management with the functionalities of data management, data updating, data mutual query, display, output and model analysis.
