摘要
排污权交易主要以工业废水为主。根据我国工业分布状况和工业类型,根据各类工业废水特点,对于在同一个控制区域进行排污权交易的风险进行了分析,提出了解决方法,这对于排污权交易体系的建立是十分重要的。也为今后我国的排污权交易市场的成功建立提供理论上的支持。
Emission trading is mainly in industrial wastewater.According to China's industrial distribution and industrial types and the characteristics of all kinds of industrial wastewater,the emission trading risk in the same control region were analyzed and solutions were proposed.It is very important for the establishment of the emission trading system and provides theoretical support for China's emissions trading market establishment.
