摘要
为提高联合粉磨系统的产量,减少能源消耗,结合粉磨站联合粉磨系统的工艺,设计双模糊控制器来稳定和优化粉磨系统。针对现场的实际情况,将整个粉磨系统分为两个回路,分别采用模糊控制器进行控制。通过VC++编程软件实现控制器的功能,软件通过用于过程控制的对象连接与嵌入接口与现场的集散控制系统通信,对设备进行自动控制。现场应用结果表明,双模糊控制系统能够保证系统的稳定,提高水泥产量,减少电耗。
In order to improve the production of cement as well as reduce energy consumption,and considering cement grinding station technique,we designed a double fuzzy controller to stabilize and optimize the grinding system.Under practical conditions,the whole grinding system is devided into two loops,and both of them are controlled by the fuzzy controller.The function of the controller are realized by VC++ programming software.Furthermore,the equipment are automatically controlled through the communication of OPC with the field distributed controller system.The practical result demonstrates that the double fuzzy control system ensures the stablility of the system,increases cement production and reduces power consumption.
