摘要
为解决电液伺服协调加载系统加载过程中各通道间具有强耦合的问题,提出一种改进的BP网络控制算法进行解耦控制。以三通道为例,在Matlab7.0软件编程环境下分别建立改进的BP网络和纯BP网络算法的模型进行仿真对比分析。仿真结果表明:改进后的算法能够降低各通道之间的耦合干扰,准确的实现各通道间的协调加载控制,比纯BP算法跟踪精度更高,精度可达到10-6。
In order to solve the problem of strong coupling among channels in the loading process of the electro-hydraulic servo synchro-loading system,an improved BP neural network control algorithm for decoupling control was put forward.Taking three channels as an example,the models of GA-based BP and pure BP were founded for simulation comparison analysis in Matlab7.0 software programming environment.The simulation results show that the improved method reduces the coupling interference between each channel,realizes accurate synchro-loading control,and has higher tracking precision than pure BP method,with achievable accuracy as high as 10-6.
