摘要
综述了泡沫铝的力学性能与吸能特性近些年来的研究成果。首先,对泡沫铝力学性能实验测量方法与技术进行了介绍,重点对泡沫铝动态压缩力学性能的实验测量技术进行了分析和总结。其次,对应变率、相对密度、孔径和胞孔结构等影响泡沫铝力学性能的相关研究成果进行了分析。最后,对泡沫铝吸能特性及其工程应用进行了分析和展望。
The recent achievements in mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristic of aluminum foams are summarized in this article.Firstly,the technology of experimental measurement of mechanical properties of aluminum foams is described and the dynamic compress experimental measuring methods and technology are analyzed in detail.Secondly,the relevant study results in the influence of strain rate,relative density,cell size and cell shape on mechanical properties of aluminum foams are summarized.Finally,the application prospect in energy absorption and engineering of aluminum foams is forecasted.
