综合脱硝改造技术中选择性非催化还原反应工艺设计

摘要 介绍了扬子石化热电厂2号机组锅炉综合脱销改造中的非催化还原反应(SNCR)工艺设计方案及其性能测试结果。SNCR技术工艺设计包括对锅炉改造前进行基础工况的测试及燃烧模拟,比较模拟结果与基础工况测试数据,以校正燃烧模型参数。同时,确认了脱销效果最优的SNCR温度(950~1 050℃)窗口位置,及4~6支SNCR喷枪的布置方案。性能测试结果显示,SNCR脱硝率超过40%,在优化工况下可达60%的水平,NOx最终排放浓度低于100mg/m3,氨逃逸率低于5μL/L,达到预期效果。 The process design of non catalytic reduction reation(NCR) and the performance test results for comprehensive denitration retrofit for No.2 unit boiler in Yangzi Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant were presented.The SNCR technology consists of conducting basic condition tests and combustion simulation on the boiler before transformation,then comparing the simulation results and the basic condition tests data to correct the parameters of combustion model.The position of SNCR temperature window(950-1 050 ℃) in which the best denitration effect achieved was determined,and the arrangement scheme for 4-6 SNCR injectors was also ascertained.The perform test results showed that,the SNCR denitration rate reached over 40%,and can be up to 60% under the optimized condition.The final NOx emission concentration was lower
