摘要
在某电厂2号660MW机组上进行了提高HP983磨煤机出口温度的试验研究,分析了磨制多种烟煤及印尼煤时,煤粉气流中CO、CO2和O2的浓度,并比较了提高磨煤机出口温度前后磨煤机和锅炉的运行性能。结果表明:磨煤机磨制烟煤时,将其出口温度提高至82~100℃,磨煤机磨制印尼煤时,将其出口温度提高至75℃,可保证制粉系统及燃烧器喷口安全运行;随磨煤机出口温度升高,煤粉细度会略微变粗,NO排放值略有升高,磨煤机功率明显下降,机组运行经济性提高。
Experimental study on increasing the outlet temperature of HP983 coal mill was conducted on No.2 660 MW unit in a power plant.The concentration of CO,CO2 and O2 in variety of pulverized bituminous coal/air flows was investigated.Moreover,the operation performance of coal mill and boiler before and after the coal mill outlet temperature was enhanced were compared.The results showed that,increasing the outlet temperature of HP983 mill to 82 ℃ to 100 ℃ for pulverizing bituminous coal,and to 75 ℃ for pulverizing high volatile Indonesia coal,can ensure the safety operation of pulverizing system and the burner.With an increase in the mill outlet temperature,the fineness of pulverized coal and the NO emission will increase slightly,and the mill power will decrease obviously,so the economical efficiency of the unit operation will be enhanced.
