摘要
脱水提质可提高低阶煤在工业应用(气化、液化和作为固体燃料)中的价值。对目前国内外低阶煤的烟气、蒸汽干燥工艺以及新型的过热蒸汽干燥工艺进行了分析比较。其中烟气干燥工艺使用高温烟气作为中间介质,直接干燥为主,存在自燃和爆炸问题;饱和蒸汽干燥工艺通过间接回转管式干燥器间接加热,废气夹带的粉尘较少,对除尘设备要求较低;过热蒸汽干燥包括内部热循环的流化床蒸汽干燥工艺(WTA)、加压蒸汽流化床干燥工艺(PSFED)等,具有高能效、高热效、安全等优点。国内的低阶煤干燥主要采用高温烟气直接干燥法。
Dewatering can enhance the low-rank coal value in its industrial application,such as gasification,liquefaction and combustion,and improve the development of industries of energy,chemical and power.A view of evaporation technologies which applying flue gas,saturated steam and superheated stream as the drying media was presented.The flue gas drying technology commonly chooses the high temperature flue gas and directly heating.The saturated steam drying technology indirectly heats through the indirect rotary tube dryer and the exhaust carries less dust,this process has low requirement for the precipitator.The superheated steam drying technology comprises the WTA(Wirbelschicht-Trocknungmit-interner Abwrmenut-zung) technology,the PSFED(Pressurized Steam Fluidized Bed Theory) technology and so on,and has high energy efficiency,high heat efficiency,and safey.The low-rank coal was mainly dried by high temperature flue gas direct drying method in China.
