摘要 建立了静动叶组合式旋转分离器分离区单煤粉颗粒的动力学模型,基于此模型分析了分离区煤粉颗粒的分离特性,根据相似原理建立了模型试验台,研究了动叶转速及风量对分离性能的影响规律。结果表明:使用静动叶组合式旋转分离器得到的煤粉细度更细,但动叶转速提高到一定程度时,继续提高动叶转速对煤粉分离效果的影响会越来越小;在满足输粉要求的前提下,选择较小的风量,可保持综合效率不变,同时能够进一步降低煤粉细度,充分发挥旋转分离器的优势。 A kinetic model for single coal particle in separation region of static-dynamic blade coupling rotary separator was established.Based on this model,the separation characteristic of the pulverized coal particles in the separation region was investigated numerically.A model test table was set up according to the similarity principle to study the influence of rotating blade speed and air volume on the separating property.The results showed that,the rotary classifier can guarantee pulverized coal with smaller fineness.However,when rotating blades speed was increased to a certain degree,the influence of increasing the speed on separating effect became smaller and smaller.On the premise of satisfying the pulverized coal conveying requirements,to give full play to the rotary classifier's advantage,smaller air volume was chosen to reduce the fineness of pulverized coal,while the combined efficiency had almost no change.
