摘要
对某汽轮发电机组异常振动原因进行了分析,认为其主要是因油膜振荡、动静摩擦和电气故障所致。对此,通过调整汽轮机转子中心、轴承参数、轴承标高和发电机气隙后,使该机组振动故障得以消除。此外,在机组轴承稳定性较差的情况下,外界扰动易激发油膜振荡故障的发生,因此在消除油膜振荡时,应同时考虑减少外界扰动和提高轴承稳定性。
Analysis and fault diagnosis on abnormal vibration occurred on a turbogenerator unit were presented in detail.Such factors as oil film oscillation,static and dynamic friction and electrical faults were considered as the main reasons.By adjusting the rotor center position,bearing parameters and elevation,and the generator air gap,the vibration fault was eliminated successfully.Besides,the external disturbance can also result in oil film oscillation.So reducing the external disturbance and improving the bearing stability should be both considered during the oil film oscillation elimination.
