摘要 对NN发电厂新建工程2×660MW机组W型火焰锅炉设计特点及其运行特性进行了试验分析,该锅炉在设计上的最大创新之处是在燃烧系统中增加了上层燃尽风,并采用分级配风原则以降低NOx的排放。运行和性能试验结果表明:满负荷工况下运行,锅炉效率为91.42%,高于保证值91.30%;主蒸汽流量、主蒸汽温度、主蒸汽压力、再热蒸汽温度和再热蒸汽压力均能达到设计值,过热器一级减温水、二级减温水均远小于设计值;NOx排放浓度远低于保证值900mg/m3。 Experimental investigation on design features and operation characteristics of two 660 MW unit W-flame boilers manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Group Co.,Ltd.was conducted.The biggest innovation during design of above two boilers lies in that the upper layer over fire air is added in the combustion system,and staged air injection method was adopted to reduce the NOxemission.The operation and performance experimental results showed that,under full load condition,the boiler efficiency was 91.42%,higher than the guarantee value 91.30%;all the main steam flow/temperature/pressure and reheat steam temperature/pressure reached the design value,and both the amount of first and second stage desuperheating water for superheaters were below the design value;the NOxemission concentration was far lower than the required value 900 mg/m3.
