煤泥流变特性试验研究与管道输送分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用旋转粘度仪对煤泥的流变特性进行了测试,并通过试验得到了煤泥浓度与粘度之间的关系,以及煤泥剪切速率与剪切应力之间的关系,据此可计算得出管道输送系统的沿程阻力损失。研究结果表明:(1)在煤泥浓度为60%~75%之间,随着煤泥浓度的增加,煤泥的流变状态由假塑流体转变为宾汉流体;(2)随着煤泥浓度的变化,煤泥的粘度不断发生变化;(3)在煤泥浓度为71.1%时,管径为75mm的管道压损随着流量增加增速较快,而管径为100mm的管道压损随着流量增加增速稍慢;(4)在煤泥浓度大于71.1%后,煤泥的粘度与剪切应力迅速增加,但在此附近存在煤泥管道输送的最佳工作点。 The rotary viscometer was adopted to test the rheological behavior of coal slurry.Moreover,the relationship between coal slurry concentration and its viscosity,and the coal slurry shear rate and shear stress were obtained through the experiments.Thus,the frictional resistance loss of the pipeline transportation system can be calculated.The results showed that:when the coal slurry concentration was within the range from 60%to 70%,the pseudoplastic state coal slurry transformed to Binham fluid with an increase in the coal slurry concentration;the coal slurry viscosity changed with the slurry concentration;when the slurry concentration was 71.1%,as the flow rate increasing,the pressure drop in pipe with diameter of 75mm increased sharply while that in pipe with diameter of 100mm increased slower;when the slurry concentration was larger than 71.1%,the slurry viscosity and shear stress increased rapidly,while there existed the optimal working condition for coal slurry pipeline transportation.
