高炉出铁场除尘风机多测点模糊控制

摘要 为实现高炉出铁场除尘风力自动跟踪烟尘浓度控制,提出对各尘源点环境烟尘浓度进行实时检测,建立了烟尘浓度当前值、当前变化率以及预测变化率3项指标,预测变化率的计算采用了EMAP预测算法;利用功效系数法加入主观评判因素,采用熵值法对多数据进行综合评价,选择合适的测点数据进行反馈,设计了多测点模糊控制器对除尘风力进行控制;利用Matlab软件对比常规反馈算法与控制算法进行仿真,仿真结果验证了所提出方法的有效性和优越性。 For the realization of dust-fan control tracking dust concentration control in blast furnace casthouse,real-time detection should be conducted for the dust source environmental dust concentration;three indicators of soot concentration current value,the current rate of change and predictors of change rate should be set up and the EMAP prediction algorithm is used in the calculation of predictors of change rate;taking subjective factors into indicators with efficacy coefficient method,entropy method is used to conduct comprehensive evaluation,the appropriate measurement data is selected to feedback and a fuzzy controller is designed to control the dust wind and the Matlab software is used for simulation and the results validate the validity and superiority of the method in contrast to conventional feedback algorithm and control algorithm.
