摘要
以活性炭固载Fe2+为催化剂,在微波反应器中进行湿式催化氧化反应,以单因子法考查亚甲基蓝的湿式催化氧化效果受反应时间、催化剂、H2O2、初始浓度、pH、微波功率条件影响的关系。确定了湿式氧化反应的最优化条件:Fe2+的固载量125 mg,30%H2O2用量10 mL,pH值3.8,功率380W条件下微波加热10min,处理20mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液100 mL,降解率超过95%。
The solid load activated carbon iron(Ⅱ)ion is used as catalyst in microwave reactors to conduct catalytic oxidation reaction,in which the single factor method is applied to investigate methylene blue wet effect of catalytic oxidation reaction and it is affected by time,catalyst,H2O2,initial concentration,pH and instrument power condition.It is determined under the wet oxidation reaction conditions,the optimization of Fe2+ solid capacity of 125 mg,30% H2O2 10 mL,pH=3.8,380 W power under the condition of 10 mins with microwave heating,100 mL of methylene blue with 20 mg/L,the solution degradation rate can overpass 95%.
