摘要
分析了钢铁行业的发展和污染物排放状况,回顾了我国已有的钢铁行业大气和水污染物排放标准修制定的沿革过程,探讨了原有标准存在的问题,对新标准的组成结构、特点进行了细致的解读和分析。
This paper analyzes the development of iron and steel industry and the condition of pollutant emissions,reviews the evolution process of the existed Chinese pollutant discharge standards about atmosphere and water in iron and steel industry,discusses the problems existed in the original standard and interpreters and analyses the structure and characteristics of the new standard.
