摘要
学校文化驱动模型是一种学校改进模型,其实践基础是三方合作学校发展同盟,即大学、政府、学校基于共同愿景,本着平等互惠共赢原则,实现学校持续良性发展。学校文化驱动模型考验大学的智慧和信心。这种考验来自校长及其学校对管理与领导思维的需求,这种需求直接挑战大学及其成员的经验和知识舒适地带。为了应对挑战,大学教师需要具备沟通能力、话语转换能力、指导能力。模型贡献了思维学习、工具学习和伙伴学习等学习方式,确保校长和学校系统思维能力的永续和更新。
As a school improvement model,the practical base of the school culture-driven model is tripartite cooperation League for school development.To achieve the school sustainable development,the university,government and school contribute shared vision and obey the principle of equality and reciprocity and win-win.The wisdom and confidence of the University was examined by the School culture driven model.This challenge comes from the demand for management and leadership thinking of the principals and their schools.It is a direct challenge to the University and its members' experience and knowledge comfort zone.Instructors need to have the competency to communicate,discourse conversion and guidance.This model makes contributions to getting some kinds of learning methods such as thinking learning,learning with the tool and learning with partners to ensure that systems thinking ability of principals and their schools will be continue and updated.
