摘要
针对硬质合金辊环的微波烧结工艺,探讨其谐振腔的设计,通过分析腔体尺寸场对微波场分布形态及场强的影响,确定符合辊环外形特征的微波场结构及其谐振腔尺寸;应用电磁有限元仿真分析软件HFSS对腔内场结构进行仿真分析,依据仿真结果对腔体尺寸进行修正。结果表明,改进后的TE311模场圆柱腔,能实现微波烧结内径为100 mm,外径为190 mm,高度小于70 mm硬质合金辊环。
According to the microwave sintering process,the resonant cavity was designed.The microwave field structure of the compliance roller ring shape feature and the size of its resonant cavity were determined by analyzing the size of microwave cavity field distribution patterns and the impact of field strength.The influence of resonant cavity size on field distribution patterns was analyzed and the field strength was improved based on the simulation results of analyzing the cavity field structure by HFSS.The results show that the improved TE311 mode field cylindrical cavity can realize microwave sintering for the carbide roll ring with inner diameter of 100 mm,outer diameter of 190 mm and height of lower than 70 mm.
