摘要
形象片中译英工作者不仅仅是译者,同时也往往是中文编者和英文写作者,是编者、译者和作者三种身份的动态重叠。译者的编者或作者身份缺失可能影响形象片英译的品质以及对外传播的效果。为实现预期的传播效果,形象片英译者应在权衡电子媒介对外传播的所有因素之后在动态中准确构建自己的身份。
The Chinese-English translators of promotional videos,more often than not,serve as editors of the Chinese texts and writers in English,thus establishing dynamic overlapping identities.The absence of the translator's editor or writer identity may affect the quality of such translation as well as the effect of communication.To achieve the expected communication effect,promotional video translators must,taking full consideration of elements of international communication through electronic media,determine their identities in a dynamic manner.
