摘要
对蝴蝶兰(满天红品种)的组织培养快速繁殖技术进行研究。主要方法以蝴蝶兰(满天红品种)的嫩叶、茎尖、花梗侧芽为外植体,进行蝴蝶兰原球茎诱导、增殖组织培养。结果表明。MS+6.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA+100mg/L椰乳是诱导蝴蝶兰原球茎形成的最佳培养基,茎尖诱导率达82.5%;MS+1.0mg/L NAA+2.0mg/L 6-BA是蝴蝶兰原球茎增殖的最佳培养基,增殖系数达5.34。在生产上,可采用试管苗生根继代培养的方法进行满天红的快速繁殖。
study on the technology of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Phalaenopsis(red sky varieties).The main methods is take orchid(red sky varieties) leaves,stem tip and pedicel buds as explants,for Phalaenopsis PLBs,proliferation induced by tissue culture.The results show that,MS+6.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA+100mg/L coconut milk is the induction of Phalaenopsis PLBs formation of the optimal culture medium,stem tip induction rate was 82.5%;MS+1.0 mg / L NAA+2.0 mg / L 6 BA is the propagation of the optimum culture medium,multiplication coefficient of 5.34.In production,can be used in vitro Miao Shenggen subculture method for the rapid propagation of red sky.
