摘要
目的研究星宿菜水提取物及醇提取物的急性毒性、抗炎作用及镇痛作用。方法提取最大浓度星宿菜水提物(2.16 g生药/ml)和醇提物(3.32 g/ml),按照最大给药容积(0.4 ml/10 g)ig给药,观察小鼠急性毒性反应;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸扭体法观察星宿菜水提取物及醇提取物的抗炎及镇痛作用。结果星宿菜水提物及醇提取物对小鼠ig给药的最大耐受量按生药量计分别为88.3 g/kg,132.8 g/kg,星宿菜水提取物及醇提取物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀及醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用。结论星宿菜水提物及醇提取物对小鼠未见急性毒性反应,具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To study acute toxicity,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of lysimachia fortunei maxim and alcohol extractive.Methods Observing LD50 with the water-extractive(2.16 g/ml) and alcohol-extrctive(3.32 g/ml) of lysimachia fortunei maxim with its maximal dose(0.4 ml/kg) respectively by intragastric administration.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of lysimachia fortunei maxim were observed by means of dimethylbenzene inducing ears edema model,and acetic acid writhing test.Results The maximal tolerance dose for acute toxicity of the water-extractive and alcohol-extractive of Hyperieum attenuatum choisy is 88.3 g/kg and 132.8 g/kg(raw medicine amount).Hyperieum attenuatum choisy can significantly inhibit the inflammation caused by xylene and inhibited writhing caused by 0.7% acetic acid in mice.Conclusion The water-extractive and alcohol-extractive of hyperieum attenuatum choisy did not cause any acute toxicity and they have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects also,so it is worthy of further investigation.
