摘要
目的探析高校医院门诊护理工作中护患沟通的必要性。方法对2012-06~2012-11间在我院门诊进行治疗的100例大学生患者进行调查、分析、总结。结果受调查的大学生患者中有49例对门诊部门的护患沟通不满意,38例认为需要改进。结论护患沟通是很有必要的,加强沟通意识教育和培训有助于高校医院提高服务质量。
Objective To discuss the necessities of nurse-patient communication during nursing work in the college and university hospital.Methods 100 cases of college students were selected from June 2012 to November 2012 in nursing work in the hospital for investigation,analysis and summary.Results There are 49 cases unsatisfaction of nurse-patient communication of out-patient department of students patients,and 38 cases think it needs to be improved.Conclusion Nurse-patient communication is very necessary.Strengthening communication consciousness education and training is helpful to improve the service quality of university hospital.
