摘要
本文以大鼠为实验研究对象,通过制作MCAO模型以及跑台训练,研究不同条件下大鼠的缺血侧的轴突变化。研究表明,大鼠缺血侧有不同程度的轴突肿胀、断裂,经跑台训练后神经纤维长度增加,轴突末梢伸长。为缺血性脑卒中患者临床康复应用提供指导。
This paper produced MACO using male wistar rats as research objects, and researched the axons of the objects in the different conditions. The study shows that the nerve fiber and axon terminal growth appeared after Treadmill Test. The result of this paper is important for the study of clinic rehabilitation of stroke.
