离子色谱法测定乳粉中硫氰酸钠前处理方法的研究 被引量:3

Optimizing sample pretreatment for testing sodium thiocyanate in milk powder based on the ion chromatography

摘要 针对食品安全,以乳粉为检测材料,对样品前处理方法进行了研究。试验结果表明,丙酮是最好的蛋白质沉淀剂,回收率为101.4%,且毒性相对较低;超声波处理时间以5 min为宜,且基质吸附的SCN-与溶液体系能够快速达到平衡,回收率的重现性好;最适淋洗浓度为80mmoL/L。本试验为利用离子色谱法实现对乳制品的质量监控提供了依据。 Milk powder was used as material and pretreatment method for testing sodium thiocyanate with Ion Chromatography was optimized.The results show that acetone is the best protein precipitating agent with low toxicity and the recovery is 101.4%.Ultrasonic treatment time is 5 min and the matrix of SCN-adsorbed can quickly reach equilibrium with the solution system,which presents good reproducibility.The optimal eluent concentration is 80 mmol/L.This test provides a reference for the quality control of dairy products by ion chromatography.
