摘要
选用氧化铝粉(Al2O3)和聚丙烯(PP),通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制备了导热绝缘复合材料。研究了Al2O3粉体用量以及粒径对复合材料热导率、力学性能以及体积电阻率的影响。结果表明,随着Al2O3粉体填充量的增加,材料的热导率增大,力学性能下降,体积电阻率下降;两种粒径Al2O3混合填充比单一粒径Al2O3填充更能提高材料的热导率。
A thermal conductive insulating composites were obtained form aluminum oxide powder(Al2O3) and polypropylene(PP) by extruding.The effects of the amount of Al2O3 and the size of the particles on the thermal conductivity,mechanical properties and volume resistivity of composites were investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that the thermal conductivity increased,the mechanical properties and volume resistivity decreased with increasing the amount of Al2O3 filler;In addition,the thermal conductivity of the composites using mixture of two different size of Al2O3 particles was higher than that of using single size of Al2O3.
