摘要
在阐述石化企业高架火炬安全距离确定基本思路的基础上,分析了国内外常见高架火炬安全距离不同计算方法的差异,指出了各自的局限性和不足之处,结合工程实例比较了不同计算方法对高架火炬安全距离确定的影响。分析表明,对于石化企业高架火炬安全距离的确定,所有方法计算的结果均比工程实际值大(偏保守)。其中,GPSA方法计算得到的结果与实际数值较为符合,API法、Kent法和Tan法次之,O&S方法计算的结果比实际数值大最多(最为保守)。
On the basis of analyzing basic principle of the safety distance of elevated torch,the difference of five common foreign determining methods of safety distance of elevated torch is explored,and their deficiencies and limitations are also pointed out.Combined with practical examples,the influences of different methods are compared.The results show that,all results of the calculation are bigger than the actual value(partial conservative),among them the results from GPSA method is most consistent with actual values,results of API method,Kent method and Tan method follow,the deviation between results of O&S method and actual values is the largest(most conservative).
