摘要
20世纪90年代以来,中国出现了社会底层群体及其流动性缺失的问题。研究表明,教育是社会底层群体向上流动的关键性因素。为了促进中国社会底层向上流动并且积极影响中国社会和经济健康发展,政府应以公平为原则推进义务教育、高中教育、职业教育和高等教育改革。
Since the 1990 s,some problems concerning the class in social bottom` and its lackness of mobility has apeared in China.Researches show that education is the key factors to promote the class at social bottom to move up to higher class.In order to promote the upward mobility so as to get positive impact on the development of Chinese society and economy,Chinese government should base on the principal of equity and strenthen the reforms in compulsive education,vocational and higher education.
