摘要
生源危机下的民办高职院校生存状况是我国高等教育的一个重要现实问题。文章使用资源约束分析框架,通过运用深度访谈与参与式观察相结合的质性研究方法,力图揭示民办高职院校的生存策略。研究发现,这一策略的实践逻辑是形式上遵从国家政策,内容上在合法文本的掩饰下,以损害学校主体利益为代价,变通国家政策以应对学校的艰难处境。其结果使教育失去了其公共性,导致了资源约束下的教育不平等。这种不平等的类型不再归属于阶层、家庭、社会资本等传统因素,而是在国家教育资源存量有限的情况下国家资源分配的不平等以及对不同类型学校界定的不平等。
The living condition of private vocational colleges is a major problem which faces under the crisis of enrollment.The article trys to reveal the survival strategy of private vocational colleges with the analysis framework about resource constraint and through the qualitative research methods of depth interviews and participant observation combined.It is found that the practice logic of this strategy complys with the national policy formally and it changed national policies to address the plight of the school to the detriment of the school subject interests at the expense under cover in a legal text in terms of content.The result is that it makes education lost its public nature,leads to the educational inequality under the resource constraints.This inequality is no longer vested in class,family,social capital and other traditional factors.It is the unequal distribution of national resources and inequality of different types of school defined under limited state educational resource stock.
