Vibration Evaluation of Tank Diesel Engine Based on Real Vehicle's Measurement

摘要 针对坦克柴油机不解体快速振动检测与技术状况评估,选择具有代表性的2种车型为研究对象。测取了柴油机停止间、空挡时不同转速工况下的振动信号,分析了0.01~1 kHz范围内的振动烈度和带宽均方根特征参数随转速变化情况,制定了基于实车测试的振动评估参考标准,并提出了装备使用指导意见。 In view of non-disassembly rapid vibration detection and technical status evaluation of tank diesel engine,two representative types of vehicles are picked out as research object and vibration signals at different rotation speed are measured as the diesel engine is under static run and neutral position.It is analyzed how the feature parameters of vibration severity and bandwidth root mean square in frequency from 0.01 kHz to 1 kHz change with the rotation speed.A referenced vibration evaluation standard is established based on non-disassembly measurement on real vehicles,and instructional advice about how to use the equipment are put forward.
