摘要
辽宁省各地目前已初步形成了一套较为成熟的社区教育体系,但对照国外及我国社区教育开展成功的省份,我省迫切需要以立法的形式确定终身教育的地位,设立推进终身教育的专门组织、咨询和管理机构,并有针对性地提高终身教育工作者队伍的专业化水平。
Although a set of mature community education system has been initially formed in Liaoning Province,compared with some other countries and other provinces of China where community education has gained great success,our province is badly in need of confirming the status of lifelong education legislatively,of establishing consulting and management agencies and special organizations of promoting lifelong education,and of pertinently improving the professional level of the team of lifelong education staff.
