摘要
采用先醚化后酯化的方法制备了司盘80,考察了投料比、反应温度和反应时间对司盘80的几项重要的指标如酸值、羟值、皂化值和碘值的影响。研究结果表明,失水山梨醇与油酸的物质的量比为1∶(1.2~1.4)时,产物的酸值合格。当反应温度为200℃、反应时间为6 h、投料比由1∶1.2增加到1∶1.4时,随着油酸含量的增加,羟值逐渐减小。以工业级油酸为原料时,产物碘值超标;而以进口植物油酸为原料时,产物碘值合格。
Span 80 was prepared in a combined process of etherification and esterification in succession,and the effects of material ratio,reaction temperature,and reaction time on several important indexes of Span 80 like acid value,hydroxyl value,saponification value and iodine value,etc.were studied.According to the results of study,the acid value of product is on-specification when the molar ratio of dehydrated sorbitan to oleic acid is 1 :(1.2-1.4).When the reaction temperature is 200 ℃ and the reaction time is 6 h,the hydroxyl value decreases gradually as the content of oleic acid increases as the material ratio is increased from 1 : 1.2 to 1 : 1.4.The iodine value is off specification when commercial grade oleic acid is used as the material,and is on-specification when imported vegetable oil acid is used.
