摘要
为保障新建海轮编队拖航的安全,掌握新建海船拖航占用水域与实际通航航道尺度的适应性,选择最具代表性的3万总t级新建海船船型编队尺度,根据船舶操纵理论,充分考虑风、流影响下的漂移量,分析计算该船队拖航通过长江下游尹公洲狭水道所需尺度。
In order to grasp the adaptability of occupied waters of new ships'towing and the actual scales of the channel,the most representative newly-built 30000tship is selected as ship fleet scale.Based on the maneuvering theory of vessel,considering the impact of wind and flow,this paper analyzes and calculates the required scales of fleets when towing through the narrow channel of Yingongzhou.
