女子长距离爬泳运动员转身力量训练方法的实验研究

摘要 本文采用实验法通过常规专业训练方法和核心力量、专项力量训练方法,对天津市游泳队专业游泳运动员进行实验,对比不同力量训练方法对转身力量训练效果的影响。研究表明,核心力量以及专项转身力量训练既可以提高动力力量、静力力量、力量速度,还可以增强身体的平衡性,对提高长距离自由泳转身速度有很大的帮助,效果非常明显。 Adopting with regular professional training methods and core strength, the special strength training methods, this paper to has an experiment on the professional swimming athletes of Tianjin team and compares training effects to turn strength training with different strength training methods. Research shows that core strength and special turn strength training not only can improve power strength, static strength, power, speed, but also can improve the body's balance, which is of great help to improve the long-distance freestyle turn speed and the effect is very obvious.
