合成革用水溶性改性聚氨酯的研究与应用进展

摘要 水性聚氨酯是上个世纪60年代发展起来的高分子材料,由于其优异的性能,越来越受到人们的青睐。水性聚氨酯,以水为介质,安全不燃烧,低公害、它保留了传统溶剂型聚氨酯的一些优良性能,如良好的耐磨性、柔韧性、耐低温性和耐疲劳性等,对纸张、木材、纤维板、塑料薄膜、金属、玻璃、皮革、纺织品等都有良好的粘附性、应用范围广。面向二十一世纪,水性聚氨酯朝着环保型、涂装经济型和低毒害方向发展。本文综述了水溶性改性聚氨酯的制备方法、水溶性改性聚氨酯的应用。探讨水性聚氨酯的发展前景。 It was more and more obtained the preference of people for the properties of the waterborne polyurethane, and it was a developed polymer from the 1960's of the last century. waterborne polyurethane used water as medium, and non-combustion﹑low public hazard as well as retained some traditional solvent-type polyurethane's excellent performance, for example, excellent wearability, flexibility, low temperature resistance and fatigue resistance and so on. Meanwhile, it was possessed the great adhesion to paper, timber, fiberboard, plastic film, metal, glass, fur and textile etc. Facing the 21st century, the development direction of waterborne polyurethane shall go on environmental friendly, coating economical and low toxicity. It was summarized the preparations and applications of waterborne modification polyurethane, and investigated the development prospect of waterborne modification polyurethane in this paper.
